After a background in dance, I transitioned to Pilates after injuries ended my dance career. I qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2009 and gained valuable experience teaching in Illovo. In 2012, I moved to Planet Fitness Bedfordview and eventually took over the studio, creating "Pilates Addict."
In 2019, we moved to an independent studio at Bedford Square. With certifications in BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training, Movement Anatomy, and Pilates for Injuries, I’m passionate about helping clients grow in their practice.
